Donna entered the hair transplantation speciality in 2001 and has worked with Dr Rogers since 2003. She became a specialist in FUE in 2005 and can be credited alongside Dr Rogers, as being instrumental in developing FUE techniques, especially in the UK. Alongside Dr Rogers, she has attended the ISHRS conferences:

• Las Vegas 2015
• Prague 2017
• Monaco 2019

She is fully up to date with infection control, Basic life support, Safeguarding and Diversity training.

Senior Hair Technician

Jodie Pountney-Haines is one of our leading hair transplant technicians based at our Wimpole Street clinic in central London. She has worked very closely with Dr Rogers and our Harley Street medical team since 2019, and Dr Ibe since 2020 to help deliver world class hair, beard and eyebrow transplant surgery with our doctors. Jodie’s hair restoration knowledge is extensive in both FUE & FUT.

In addition to her clinic duties, Jodie helps provide a very high level of care to all patients before, during and after their treatment. Jodie has completed her medical training in Equality and Diversity, Health and Safety, Infection Prevention and Control, Safeguarding Adults, and Information Governance. Jodie is a key asset to the Westminster Clinic team, and focuses strongly on patient support.
